Meet the updated version of “Invite the Light” for 2025! Like last year, this is an herbal tea blend that leads with Turmeric, Ginger, and Ashwaganda, with hints of dried pineapple, carrot, and beet.  It's warming, yummy, and a little spicy - kind of reminds me of the popular carrot/ginger/turmeric smoothies so often found at juice bars, but as a tea - HOWEVER, this year there will be a generous dose of lemon peel and extract to bring in even more light and inspiration.

"Invite the Light" is inspired by the sense of renewal and inspiration we often feel at the start of a new calendar year.  It's about the GRADUAL increase of light that, if you pay close attention, you can see in the days between Winter Solstice and Imbolc...it's the fortifying of our bodies over the course of a slow awakening - NOT the "kick start" that social media often pressures us into.
