This 3 hour workshop with Julia of Moonbeam Steams is designed for preteens and parents! This fun and interactive session demystifies puberty and periods, celebrates the body’s natural rhythms, and builds confidence for the journey into adolescence - all in the cozy atmosphere of Alchemy of Avalon tea shop!

Tea, snacks, and workbooks will be provided. Workshop runs from 10am - 1pm on Saturday, March 22nd 2025. Sliding scale registration fee is per pair (preteen + caregiver).
