Named for my sweet, golden-haired, late-summer-born daughter, this tea is calming, soothing, kid-safe and kid approved (especially when brewed with a touch of honey)!

You can also use it to celebrate Lammas/Lughnassadh, the first of the 3 Celtic/Pagan harvest festivals, occurring on August 1st. Also appropriate for Leos and Virgos, and can be used to make a lovely healing salve. Chamomile, Lemon Balm, and Calendula.
